The sale of an apartment advanced in the southwest corner of Grand Avenue and Interstate 540 was the largest Sebastian County house offer in June and, at $9 million, the largest county house transaction so significantly in 2022.

FS3 Holdings LLC bought the condominium advanced at 5901 Kinkead Ave., on June 7 to Rampart Enterprises Inc. for $9 million, according to info from the business office of Sebastian County Assessor Zach Johnson.

Black Bison Corporation LLC bought the former Movietown home at 8434 Phoenix Ave., on June 10. The $1.1 million offer involving Black Bison and Movietown Inc. was the next most significant deal in the county throughout July.

Prior to June, the most significant one home deal for the yr was the $6.7 million January transaction for the property on which Purple Lobster is found in Fort Smith. Simply because I Like Horses LLC marketed the home on Jan. 24 to 1120 South Walton Partners LLC.
